2008 Phill at regional fair with Opel dealer ‘Auto Jetten’

On the second and the third of April lots of regional entrepreneurs seize the opportunity to present themselves at the regional exhibition ‘Land van Cuijk en Noord Limburg in bedrijf’ in the province Northern Limburg of the Netherlands. This also includes Opel dealer ‘Auto Jetten’ who will present a CNG (compressed natural gas) company car and a home refuelling unit, the Phill.

Does Dick Jetten expect that CNG cars will have a break through within the region? “Not if we are talking about large quantities of cars, yes when the issue is offering companies environmental friendly choices”, explains Jetten. “Recently a public station opened with the possibility to fuel CNG on a 15 minute drive from Cuijk. Also, we are able to offer the Phill, which is a home refuelling unit for CNG. The Phill is connected to your own gas line and makes it possible to refuel the car at home during the night. The Phill was the breakthrough for the company RMB to overcome the problem of driving a CNG car without a public fuelling station in the neighbourhood.” Auto Jetten sets the example by driving their own CNG car.
