The Phill product

Natural gas has become increasingly popular in the Netherlands over the past few months as the clean fuel of the future. Various municipalities' fleets, refuse collection vehicles and bus services changing over to CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) as fuel are just a few examples that have received media attention recently. Various Dutch cities are also shortly expected to introduce bylaws that only permit clean vehicles in the city centre. Thanks to various subsidies, a start is gradually being made on setting up an infrastructure for CNG with national coverage.

Things have not yet progressed that far however, and in the meantime Teesing Systems offers the solution for this inconvenience in the form of the Phill. You no longer need a public filling station to refuel your car. You simply connect your car when you come home from work and it is refuelled overnight.

The advantage of CNG is that it is not only cleaner than other fuels; it is also far cheaper. You save money while protecting the environment!

The advantage of the Phill is that the product does not require any special permit. It is certified as a household appliance, just like any other consumer product available on the Dutch market. The product is connected to the normal gas mains, which is standard in the vast majority of the Netherlands.
